Community Oriented Policing Services

The Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) is the component of the U.S. Department of Justice responsible for advancing the practice of community policing and the Administration s priority of Making America Safe Again by supporting the nation s state, local, territorial and Tribal law enforcement agencies through information and grant resources. The COPS Office / NHTSA Impaired Driving Curricula Invitational Program funding opportunity is intended to update and enhance of impaired driving curricula offered by the U.S. Department of Transportation s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

Office on Violence Against Women

The OVW State and Territory Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Coalitions Program (Coalitions Program) supports the critical work of state and territory domestic violence and sexual assault coalitions and is a set-aside program under the OVW STOP Violence Against Women Formula Grant Program statute. These organizations play an important role in advancing the goal of ending domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. This program also includes a statutory set-aside from the Sexual Assault Services Program (SASP) statute, specifically for state and territory sexual assault coalitions.

Overview: The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications addressing cybercrime and cyber-enabled crimes. Projects should focus on combating cyber intrusions, online fraud, online-facilitated drug trafficking, digital piracy, and the criminal misuse of cryptocurrency and virtual assets to carry out projects to combat cybercrime and cyber-enabled crimes harming American communities and businesses, specifically focusing on cyber intrusions, online fraud, online-facilitated drug trafficking, digital piracy, and the criminal misuse of cryptocurrency and virtual assets. These crimes represent a rapidly evolving, cross-border threat that directly undermines U.S. national and economic security and harms an estimated one in four American households according to a 2018 Gallup survey. Criminals increasingly exploit the pseudonymous and borderless nature of virtual assets to launder proceeds, evade law enforcement, and victimize Americans at scale across all of these typologies. These trends have produced large-scale financial losses and growing harm to Americans, prompting President Trump's March 2026 Executive Order to strengthen efforts against cybercrime targeting U.S. families, businesses, and critical infrastructure.

The Grants to Indian Tribal Governments Program assists Tribal governments (or their authorized designees) in strengthening the criminal justice response to domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, sex trafficking, and stalking in Tribal communities.

This program supports efforts by States, Indian Tribes, and units of local government to prevent, enforce, and prosecute cybercrimes against individuals. Cybercrimes against individuals are defined as criminal offenses that involve the use of a computer to harass, threaten, stalk, extort, coerce, cause fear to, or intimidate an individual, or without consent distribute intimate images of an adult, except that use of a computer need not be an element of the offense.

The Tribal Sexual Assault Services Program (TSASP) assists Indian Tribes, Tribal organizations, and nonprofit Tribal organizations in providing intervention, advocacy, accompaniment, support services, and related assistance for adult, youth, and child victims of sexual assault, family and household members of such victims, and those collaterally affected by the victimization, except for the perpetrator of such victimization.

Bureau of Justice Assistance

This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the BJA FY 2026 Enhancing Security Measures for Houses of Worship Program. This opportunity provides grants to enhance security and law enforcement capabilities at faith-based institutions and houses of worship to prevent and respond to bias-motivated crimes. Projects will strengthen partnerships between religious communities and local law enforcement, implement evidence-based security measures, and build institutional capacity to report incidents and assist in criminal investigations.

The Consolidated Grant Program to Assist Children and Youth Affected by and to Engage Men and Youth in Preventing Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking (Consolidated Youth Grant Program) supports community-based efforts to develop or expand prevention, intervention, treatment, and response strategies addressing the needs of children and youth (ages 0-24) affected by domestic/dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and sex trafficking. It also supports work with men and youth to prevent those crimes.

The proposed project will advance Morocco's forensic science capabilities and build on INL's successful support that established Morocco as a global leader in forensics.

This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the Training and Services to End Abuse in Later Life Program (Abuse in Later Life Program). This program assists states, Tribal governments and organizations, local governments, and nonprofit entities in supporting a comprehensive approach to addressing abuse in later life, including domestic/dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, neglect, abandonment, economic abuse, or willful harm committed against victims who are 50 years of age or older (older victims).
