1. AI Output Disclaimer

FindGrants uses artificial intelligence to assist with drafting grant applications. All AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before submitting it to any funding organization.

FindGrants does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or success of any application. AI-generated text may contain errors, omissions, or content that does not reflect your organization accurately. You must treat all AI output as a starting draft that requires your professional judgment and review.

2. Funder Compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with all requirements set by funding organizations, including any restrictions on the use of AI-assisted applications. Some funders (for example, NIH under NOT-OD-25-132) impose specific rules regarding AI-generated content in applications.

FindGrants provides tools to assist the application process but does not represent or warrant that AI-generated content meets the specific requirements of any funder. It is your responsibility to verify compliance with each funder's policies before submitting.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Purchase of an application through FindGrants does not guarantee grant approval. Grant decisions are made solely by the funding organization. FindGrants has no influence over or insight into funder decision-making processes.

4. Liability Cap

FindGrants's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific application in question. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the per-application fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

5. Application Credits and Refund Policy

Application credits are software entitlements that unlock access to the AI application builder for a single grant. Credits are consumed when you initiate an AI-drafted application, regardless of whether you ultimately submit the application or whether the grant is awarded.

Credits are not contingent on grant outcomes and are not refunded based on whether a grant is awarded, declined, or never submitted. FindGrants does not charge finder's fees, commissions, or percentage-based compensation tied to grant awards. All FindGrants plans are flat software subscriptions.

FindGrants does not offer cash refunds. If a technical failure on FindGrants's part prevents the completion of a purchased application, a replacement credit will be issued for use on a future application.

No credits or cash refunds will be provided for grant rejection, user error, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated suggestions.

6. Pricing Structure

FindGrants charges flat monthly or annual subscription fees. We do not charge per-grant fees scaled by grant size, success fees contingent on grant approval, or any compensation structure that would qualify as a finder's fee or commission under the Grant Professionals Association Code of Ethics, Principle 19.

Subscription plans include a fixed number of application credits per billing period. Credits roll over for active subscribers. Unused credits expire upon cancellation at the end of the paid period.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Palavir and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of AI-generated content in grant applications, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any funder requirements.

8. Data Use

FindGrants does not use your application content to train AI models. Your data is stored securely and used only to provide the service. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide to FindGrants, including your organization profile, application inputs, and any edits you make to generated content. AI-generated suggestions become your property upon generation.

The FindGrants platform, including its design, code, scoring algorithms, and branding, remains the property of Palavir.

10. Account Termination

Palavir reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or any activity that we reasonably believe is harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of FindGrants after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
