Only applications from the states of Indiana, Ohio, or Virginia that have experience in managing a state-wide, regional or nationwide cybersecurity training program will be considered for funding via this announcement. Applicants must be states, state entities or designated by the state to deliver this program.

<p>The "Supporting Implementation of the Regional Economic Integration Framework (REIF) in the Great Lakes Region of Africa” project advances America's national interests by harnessing market-based, private sector-led growth in the area of Critical Minerals Investment in Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Rwanda, and Uganda. This program aims to improve governance and regulation to attract American business and counter corrupt and unfair practices that hamper economic growth in the region, disadvantage the competitive process, and handicap companies that adhere to rule of law. The project will accomplish these objectives by providing targeted technical and advisory support to relevant host nation institutions and individuals involved in the mining industries within the DRC, Rwanda, Burundi, and Uganda.</p>

The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity is to invite proposals for funding to establish a Women’s Business Centers (WBCs) modernization and alignment initiative. This initiative will establish a Lead Center Model, supported by a network of Service Centers, to deliver coordinated, statewide or territory-wide business services. To support a more evenly distributed funding allocation by population, this competition is limited to applicants in the following states: Georgia. Selected awardee must reside in the state in which it will serve as a Lead Center. Selected awardee will be responsible for designing and executing an integrated service delivery approach that ensures comprehensive coverage and aligns resources with the needs of the local entrepreneurs.

This program seeks market-based solutions that strengthen the environment for foreign investment in sub-Saharan Africa through transparent and competitive processes, creating sustainable economic growth in two strategic focus areas. Projects must demonstrate clear, measurable benefits to one or more sub-Saharan countries, such as increased investment from high-quality U.S. and U.S.-aligned companies. Applicants are also encouraged to identify how their projects create conditions that enable U.S. commercial participation.</p>

<p>This announcement supports Executive Order 14276, Restoring America’s Seafood Competitiveness, by soliciting projects that support: workforce development for marine-related professions in marine science, aquaculture/mariculture, and maritime operations; enhancing seafood safety and management through training in seafood best practices, marketing, and fishery management; technological innovation in fishing practices; outreach and education for consumers on quality and sustainability of wild caught fish or products farmed through aquaculture/mariculture; enhanced regionally-specific management of fishery resources based on local knowledge; and strengthening the seafood supply chain through partnerships with industry, researchers, and community organizations to build relationships that increase the sustainability and competitiveness of the marine community in Alaska.
