Recipient shall renovate the plant at its Location, installing advanced food milk processing equipment. Organic Valley will renovate the existing plant. The outdated equipment will be removed and replaced with new advanced food milk processing equipment. The buildings will be refitted with upgraded infrastructure designed to support the new advanced equipment and technology to process the organic products from local organic farmers. DCS
