Astoria Public Library, Seaside Public Library, & Warrenton Community Library
Working with the school districts, Seaside, Warrenton and Astoria Public Libraries will offer public library cards to all Clatsop County children regardless of residence location. Staff will visit schools and work with the school district to issue children a library card at the public library of their choice for one full year. The libraries will share materials via interlibrary loan and hire a consultant to look for future avenues of cooperation to strengthen service. They will partner with community foundations and organizations to work towards sustainability.
