Provides reentry services, apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship to federal incarcerated individuals residing in the Ray Brook and Otisville Federal Correctional Institutions (FCI) as well as case management for individuals in custody at six Residential Reentry Centers (RRC) across the state preparing for release into the general population.

Eligibility

Eligible participants include adults incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in Otisville and Ray Brook, residents of the six Residential Reentry Centers (RRC) in NYS underÿBureau of Prisons custody (not on a probation violation) with at least 45 days remaining on their sentence, and participants transferred to NY PROWD from another PROWD grantee state.
