Black and Tan Project
The Black and Tan community group will mark the celebration of Black History with a play, `Reparations: A Musical Which Centers on the Fictional Trial of Thomas Jefferson`. The play will be held at Langston Hughes Performing Arts Institute located at 104 17th Ave S. The Company will perform a series of 3 Shows starting Friday evening at (LHPAI) over 3 days. There will be a peer panel following Friday's premiere. Saturday- doors open at 6:00pm, followed by a performance of the Play at 7:30pm, a reception with Food, Afro-Centric vendors and Music Entertainment. Closing night is the Sunday matinee, Doors open at 3:00pm Show starts at 4:30pm. The event is free and open to the public.
