This Notice of Intent is not a request for funding applications. The United States Department of Labor (USDOL), Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) intends to award a cooperative agreement of up to $10,000,000 to the International Labor Organization (ILO) to implement a technical assistance project to support global efforts to create safer and healthier workplaces. The project will focus on increasing the capacity of countries and social partners to improve occupational safety and health, particularly for working youth. The project will also include efforts to build and strengthen partnerships across international and regional organizations to share best practices, raise awareness, and contribute to improved legislation and enforcement. Authority: DOL Manual Series (DLMS) 2-836 (G)(3): Services are available from only one responsible source and no substitute will suffice; or the recipient has unique qualifications to perform the type of activity.
