In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice seeks comments concerning the Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program, which provides federal funding in response to a State or Federally recognized Tribe's request for Crisis Counseling services for a presidentially declared major disaster.
