FEMA invites the general public to take this opportunity to comment on a reinstatement, with change, of a previously approved information collection. In accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice seeks comments concerning the consolidation of all previous instruments into two evaluation forms to be shared by three FEMA offices to evaluate training programs.
