The Sugar Project is a community engagement and social change art project about women as commodity in our culture. It will illuminate diverse voices through free hands on workshops and 5 free one-day public community engagement art events starting in Dec 2016. The project will build community and create partnerships through an inclusive socio-economic, racial, gender and age citywide dialogue. The project will include a large two gallery exhibition free to the public opening in April 2017.
