Next Generation Level Up is an asset-based, culturally responsive career readiness program designed to empower, equip, and engage 25 Southeast Seattle residents of color aged 15-24. Program elements include resume writing, interviewing skills and on the job performance expectations. Over a 10 month period, NGLU will partner with leaders and industry professionals of color to facilitate and train participants.
