To test its potential as a 'heart' for the neighborhood, that pulls it away from the fast-moving traffic of the 15th Ave and Holman Rd. There will be a series of community events in the Summer of 2019 to test if the block has the potential to become pedestrian-friendly. All events are free and open to the public.
