The Association will publicize the meeting through a neighborhood-wide mailing, posters, flyers, and other existing community meetings and events. They will also do personal outreach to businesses and community group leaders, including developing relationships with leaders from the neighborhood's immigrant communities. The goal is to find pathways to effective communication with all segments of the neighborhood.
