Community and business volunteers will assemble and distribute `Graffiti Survival Kits` to small graffiti impacted businesses in Rainier Beach, and work with them to paint out graffiti during the Bridge-to-Beach event on 4/30/16 from 9:00 am to noon beginning at 8115 Rainier Avenue South.
