About This Grant

This is annual health fair that promotes well-being of the community.Health systems will come into the community and provide health screening, education,where their patients reside, at their own comfort.This fair requires a lot of planning & as such we have dedicated a health fair team to coordinate this. We'll be designating volunteers & various committees to ensure a successful fair.Funds from this grant will help us expand the # of residents reached and services provided this year.
