The DoW Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP), Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP), Readiness and Environmental Protection Integration (REPI) Program, and Legacy Resource Management Program (Legacy Program) fund high priority national and regional natural and cultural resources projects that enhance installation resilience and environmental objectives and support military readiness.
