- Applicants can access a digital application form at https://www.rkbmemorialfund.com/apply-for-scholarship.To qualify, seniors must have attended North Vermilion High School for the past 2 years, achieved a 3.0 or better GPA throughout their Junior and senior years, maintained a good disciplinary record and demonstrated both school and community involvement. Also seniors interested in applying for this scholarship must submit an essay of no more than 300 words explaining how they have contributed to their school and community. Recipients of this scholarship must show proof of enrollment at a 2 or 4 year academic college or university, technical school, trade school, community college or junior college before the funds are released.
